My Son left for the UK, he had 2 KG excess baggage, and it cost $100. AU. I then took a case with 18kg of Excess baggage to Tullamarine. It cost $230.00 to send. I had dropped it of on the Tuesday, and the following Sunday it arrived (track & trace), I was notified with the pickup details. He wasn't able to collect it until the following Thursday. He had to pay 70 GBP, when he picked it up. I found that the details and communication in Melbourne was faultless, and he found the same at Heathrow. All up it cost $338. AU., rather than $900. It is the perfect way to send and receive baggage, and we will always use this method.

My daughter left for the UK and booked an extra bag with world baggage. It cost $200.00. It has taken weeks as it did not clear at UK custom due to being supplied the wrong form and my daughter had to deal with it in London. The clearance delays took so long that she had left London by tha time the bag cleared. World Baggage did not provide the end to end delivery promised and now refuse to foward the bag the Paris. Their response is to blame the customer or customs. So if you want a servcie that overpormsies and underdelivers and is rude to boot this is it.

Hi Ellen, Happy to take on-board any and all feedback with the view to improving our services. As you are aware the only delay to this shipment was a direct result of you not paying your invoice and not supplying the required documentation for some 2 weeks, despite World Baggage sending multiple reminders. Shipment was delivered to the UK and available with in 3 days, once outstanding bill was paid...I'm sorry if you feel in anyway disappointed with our service and would like to extend a 5% discount to you as a gesture of good will for any future shipment.
