UK General transport services
At our depots in Preston and Hull we have dedicated and professional staff ready to provide you with the transport services you require.

Contract distribution
This may include the design of specialised vehicles for your business, the provision of drivers and other staff, a Contract Manager and other value- added services, such as managing your warehouse facilities and undertaking picking and packing operations.

International transport
Bowker have operated international services for nearly 30 years and can offer transport to and from France, Benelux Countries, Germany, Switzerland, Italy Scandinavia, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary.
Groupage and Part Loads, both are a speciality with consolidation and warehousing facilities at Preston, Hull and Zeebrugge
The Bowker high cube fleet includes Mega-Tautliners of 104 cubic metres and Road Train vehicles of 108 and 120 cubic metres. In addition there is a large fleet of 13.6 metre tautliners, tilts and flat trailers.
Full documentation services and an extensive range of deep sea, air freight forwarding services are offered, together with container loading and discharge facilities.

Warehousing and rail freight
The Company has its own warehousing (totalling some 30,000 sq m) at both Preston and Hull, offering advanced and specialised facilities.
