The Ship's Agency service covers everything from the well being of the crew and supervision of your cargo and includes:
- arranging stores, supplies and provisions;
- delivery of spare parts to vessel;
- arranging crew changes (flights, accommodation, taxis, passports, baggage check, quarantine etc.);
- medical services (doctor, dentist etc.);
- bus for shore leave;
- Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) requirements - to assist the master to make necessary arrangements in event of deficiencies;
- arrange technicians/mechanics etc. for any repairs including radio, navigation equipment, general machinery and crane repairs;
- tugs/pilot/stevedoring/liaison with regulatory bodies such as quarantine, customs, port authorities etc;
- port clearance.
