All Western drivers are fully bonded, dangerous goods certified and carry a two million dollar liability policy. Our Total Service Quality program is progressing and constantly being updated through the use of computers, both audio and visual videos and on the job training. Presently we occupy over 8,000 square feet of space in Edmonton which is alarmed and video monitored 24 hours a day.

Our entire organization is computerized with programming specifically designed for our industry by in house programmers. We have the ability to link via modem or Internet with large users of cartage services allowing us the ability to do direct information exchange.

Western Dispatch's main emphasis has traditionally been distribution services within the City of Edmonton. Our continued commitment to total customer service has lead us to developing a comprehensive interline partnership with many Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia transportation companies servicing these provinces.
