DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! We had signed a contract with WeHaul Moving almost a month in advance from our moving date, the day before our move they called us and said that they didn't have any carriers available for the day of our move. Not once did any tell us this before our move, nor did anyone offer any other suggestions for how to get our stuff down there. One thing this moving company did do, was call almost every week with a new hidden fee. They were quick to call when they wanted more money, but would not return our phone calls when they screwed up. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

I used the service of Wehaul in august 2008 when I was moving from Maryland to Maine and the there was only one glitch, when there was unexpected 2-hour delay before truck came for loading. Other than that, everything went flawless. I am glad I called them. It was inexpensive and reliable.

They have my family heirlooms in their possession and won't tell me where they are. They are rude and disrespectful. They won't honor any contract you sign or make their subcontractors honor them, either. Do not use this company!!

Two Russians (one spoke little English) in a box truck arrived and complained the whole time. When they couldn't get a desk return disconnected using a screw driver, they threw up their hands and played helpless. Thank goodness we were able to reach a family member in the middle of a Thursday afternoon for help. The cost was considerably more than expected because no estimator showed up to access the weight of my goods. Next time we'll move with a legitimate licensed interstate moving company, not an internet rogue!

I'm in the middle of a move with Wehaul, and every step has been a nightmare. I was told the movers would show up on Thursday; then when I called Wehaul on Thursday to get an exact time, they told me it would be friday between 2-4 pm. The movers finally arrived at 9:30 pm on friday, and took 5 hours to move two rooms worth of stuff out of my apartment.
It is now 4 days later and they can't tell me when my stuff will be delivered, but that I am being charged an extra $600 over my "binding estimate" because my stuff weighed too much.
The customer service has been horrible from the start, the actual service performed is very poor, and the cost is way over what I should be paying. Hopefully I can come out of this with my stuff without paying much more than I should have.
I have since seen alot of reviews similar to my experience.

This company has created nothing but problems for us. We reserved 14 linear feet for our move and chose to pack ourselves to save money. When we got our trailer halfway packed it started pouring rain and we realized the "sealed divider" leaked, and I don't mean just a little. We called the company and they offered to bring out another trailer but did we get any kind of compensation for the backbreaking work we had already put into packing the first trailer? Absolutely not!! Then they refused to sell us the insurance, probably because they were afraid our stuff already had water damage. Well we got our stuff packed into the new trailer and only used 13 feet of the space we reserved. We were told they would make changes to the paperwork accordingly. They did not in fact make any notes on the paperwork and we were charged for the whole 14 feet, which means they took $500 of my money they DID NOT EARN!!! We have tried to dispute this with the company which has awful customer service and after 2 weeks of arguing with them they have offered to refund us only $100. Not only that, we were told we had to put down a deposit and the rest of the money would not be charged until our stuff was delivered, however I have recently found out our credit card was charged for the full amount back in September before our stuff was even packed!
