IT systems
At the core of Walon’s logistics network is its sector-leading and bespoke Vehicle Tracking and Management System (VTMS) which manages vehicle information throughout each stage of the logistics process. Developed entirely in-house, VTMS uses barcode technology together with wireless data capture to track vehicles through the logistics process in real-time with the ability for customers to view the status of their vehicles via the Internet.
