I had a very bad experience with Voovit - they lost 7 of 8 boxes and were not able to help me trace them. They were not even able to supply a phone number for their subcontractors in the destination country. The problem with Voovit (apart from the unhelpful customer service) is that they appoint various subcontractors who in turn appoint subcontractors and it seems boxes get lost in this process.

I am in the middle of a VERY bad experience with Voovit. In short- they are a scam. They hand your boxes over to another company in Aus that will charge you an arm and a leg to release your box. Do not use them, ever.
