Due to an operational error committed by the staff responsible for unpacking our goods here in Brazil we will not receive any amount regarding a missing item which we bought, paid for the shipping and most importantly paid an insurance premium to compensate for any unforeseeable event as this one. We trusted your company and even though mistakes due happen (item not arriving) the fact that we will not be compensated for an item which never arrived in our house but for which we had insurance, is sad but true.
