Stevedoring services
Our multi-purpose terminal is well-suited to handle cargo of all kinds.
Platform spreaders, wire nylon or chain slings, conventional or heavy duty forklift trucks, crane capacity of up to 125 tons: whatever needs imposed by the type of cargo being handled, Valport can meet these requirements head on.
With the addition of our new ro-ro ramp, we can bring an added dimension to cargo handling.

Land based services
Our capabilities range from crating and packaging to assembly and construction to all manner of warehousing and logistics. We've found innovative ways to solve our clients problems for time and again.


Facilities
Along with the addition of a new ro-ro ramp, our terminal assets include the following:
- 1,106 linear metres of berthage;
- 13,500m2 of warehouse storage;
- 77,500m2 of paved lay down area;
- On site conveyors capable of loading up to 1,500t/h;
- Shore cranes of up to 125t capacity;
- pay loaders and lift trucks able to serve any and all commodities;
- cross docking facilities and direct links to Canadian National and CSXT railways;
- complete crating and packaging plant.
