You can trust United Intermodal (UIG) to deliver your vehicles. They have moved two cars to LA for us and one to Hawaii. They were very curteous and prompt.

I needed short notice shipping, and the car was picked up on the day that I requested. It only took 2 days!!!! To receive the car. Thank You Highly Recommend

United Intermodal and All Auto Shipping shipped two cars for us from Austin to Jersey City in 6 days without any problems. I would use this company again. Kirk and Robert were very helpful with my move

I have had a very bad experience with United Intermodal/ All Auto Shipping. It appears that the trucking company that Untied contracted with used my car as a 'drive around' putting 300+ miles on it, using over 3/4 of a tank of gas, and leaving cigarette butts as well as a damaged interior for us to deal with. They will be hearing from my lawyer!

Based upon positive reviews, I engaged United Intermodal/All Auto Shipping to transport an F-250 from Washington to Virginia on December 19, 2010. Approximately 2 weeks later, I learned, after the fact, that the price quoted had increased by nearly $200. They apologized for not notifying me and notwithstanding this fact, decided to continue using their services. About 2 weeks later, the finally engaged a transporter. About a week later, neither I nor the seller of the F-250 had heard a word despite numerous calls or e-mails. After contacting UI/AAS, they got word back from the transporter that "the truck broke down." UI/AAS apologized again and advised that the dispatch manager and the president of the company was aware of my situation and the "[my] order has taken a high priority with our dispatch team." It's been several days and nothing has happened. I've lost all confidence in their ability to handle this matter. I'll try my luck with someone else. Needless to say, I will not recommend their services to anyone.

Trying to communicate with this company is virtually imspossible. We can only seem to contact dispatch but any other department is virtually impossible to get a hold of. They owe us since October of 2010, that;s after their 30 day pay policy. We contracted to move a vehicle for them, they collect money right away, yet seem to forget they have to pay us. It has been 4 months since we fulfilled our end of the agreement.
