Regrettably very poor service. They are the representatives of FedEx Express in Albania but the service is unreasonably slow and the staff is unprofessional and rude. My last package was sitting in Albania for 20days before i received it after many calls with the customer service. Which strongly refused to apologize.Took no responsibly whatsoever and the attitude was just horrible. Normal mail takes only two weeks is 80% cheaper, and in my experience faster and really professional
