Transportes Monfort has always been among the first to offer its customers new services. In 1965 it carried the first exported oranges to Germany and was also a pioneer in haulage to Italy. It now has a daily groupage service to Italy, which involves the departure of more than 50 of the firm’s trucks per week to this country.
We offer all types of transport service:
- general cargo;
- groupage services;
- A.D.R products;
- bulk powdered goods;
- specialised chemicals;
- and petroleum-based products.
Through our Benicarló based division, Transportes Belda S.A., we provide a national and international transport service for both ADR and standard liquid cargos.

Logistics
From our modern headquarters in the Ciudad del Transporte Castellón, Transportes Monfort undertakes all the administration for customs, supply and warehousing of products for both tanker and general cargo vehicles.
Thanks to our advanced satellite communication system we can track the location of our vehicles at any given moment.

Technology
In 1992 Transportes Monfort began the installation of a sophisticated information and satellite location system in the cabs of the fleet.
This system enables the vehicles to be located on geo-referenced maps to see exactly where they are at any given moment, to make contact with the driver and to trace the best possible routes. All the company’s vehicles are now fitted with this system, which is reviewed every three years and up-dated with the most advanced hardware and software available on the market.
From Russia to Morocco, our customers can know exactly where their goods are to be found in real time with a margin of error of just 100 meters.

Quality
In 1999, Transportes Monfort was granted the Quality Certificate in accordance with the UNE EN ISO 9002:1994 standard, Certificate number 02.1184, awarded by the prestigious firm Bureau Veritas Quality International. This was subsequently adapted to the new ISO 9001:2000 standard (Certificate 117194).
These certifications are proof of the continued efforts made by Transportes Monfort to establish the best possible procedures for carrying out our services, together with their verification and constant improvement.
