This company handled the international importation of my belongings with dismal services. They did not contact me when my belongings arrived, though they had the postal address. They only used the email address which was only relevant to my address in the other country.

Their person who dealt with customs and the renewal of the visa (which is required when you import belongings whilst you do not have residency),
did not contact me about the need for the renewals nor did he contact me by phone,, (they had the number) or address and I encountered problems with the government because nothing was updated for 6 months. Costly fines were incurred.

They hired a new person who was very patient and spoke excellent English. This was good, but it transpired that was dishonest about who was receiving my personal information. I subsequently received an insurance bill from the company that guaranteed my customs bond. I was confused because i had paid for the bond.

When I checked, I had been paying $220 USD to the company, whilst the policy only cost $USD 68!

I asked for receipts for the monies they paid to customs, and they refused to send any bills or receipts! They do not tell you the role of the person with whom you are in communication.

Do not use Transpack, or you will be sorry.
