I really liked Lisa Setton, the owner. She is very fair and will explain absolutely everything. I wasn't overly fond of Global OC, the second part of the shipment process, but I got my stuff in great time and condition.

While the service maybe good in the US as explained by Michele, their alliances overseas are just not reliable. They can do very little once your good leave the US. Global OC is horrible. Most of my items were stolen, damanged and there is just no accountablity. Their overseas agents are just there to extort money. Overly disappointing service.
