This company is rubbish!! They quoted me a very competitive price but a month after all the extra charges came through making it one of the most expensive around. I asked for clarification on the charges they just sent me emails making no sense what so ever making it very obvious that they clearly don't read anything you send them. They then swiftly sent out a notice threatening to send the debt collectors round.
The extra charges were for large baggage size even when I specified the exact size of the baggage and paid the initial premium for this. Then they charged me for weight over what I had initially stated the package weighed 35kg but I put it through as being 40kg to be safe they reckoned it weighed 55kg that's 20kg heavier seriously my scales aren't that bad!
