Booked a UPS courier to pick up 2 parcels.

The courier failed to pick up, didn't even call and when we call, they say that we put in the pick up address wrong, which is not true, since we frequently book with them.

Today, my girlfriend waited another day, with no message, still no show.

When we call again, they don't seem to care at all, thanks a lot, avoid!

The worst company i have used for sending parcels. The website does not allow you to access the hidden surcharges well. Is not helpful if you have problems. I would avoid

Worst service I ever used.I have to cancel order because of incompetence trans global people I lost two days waiting for the courier at home.Once misscollection due some missing documents ,secound time driver was very late and again some paperwork problem. Had enought ,never gona use this service again.

I sent a parcel abroad, using Transglobal express. It weighed 9 kilos. After it was delivered, Transglobal Express debited my account - claiming the parcel actually weighed 27.5 kilos! This is nothing short of sharp practice.

I have the services of three girls, who have bombarded businesses, websites, social network sites and forums for the last 5 hours, relating the story of my dealings with Transglobal Express.

The girls will spend the rest of the week 'sending out the message' to anyone and everyone. The loss of future business for Transglobal Express will cost much more than the money gained by overcharging me.

The Managing Director, Mr Lawson Archer, is aware of what's happening and apparently, he isn't too happy.

This is the worst courier service I have ever used! We sent a shipment which did not have the correct paperwork with it and now have lost the item as its not worth us paying to get it shipped back! company were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. AVOID THIS COMPANY - AT ALL COSTS!

We sent a parcel abroad, we gave exact measurements of the package and a very good estimate of weight (40kg). The pick-up from UPS was good and prompt but over a month after the delivery, we received an email from Transglobal saying we owed them money and that they reckoned our package weighed over 50kg. No weighing scales would mis-calculate a package being 10kg more than it really is! Later we received another email stating that our package was also a lot larger than we stated, again how can a tap measure be wrong! With these two added costs, this company have worked out to be by far the most expensive way to courier packages overseas. We contacted them continuously asking for clarification and justification for the extra costs and each time got a reply which dodged the question and just demanded the money. As we are abroad now and cannot deal with this situation properly so have backed down and had to pay these ridiculous extra costs. I just want to advise anyone planning on using this company to read all of these bad reviews and stear well clear of this company. They are unprofessional and clearly do not know what they are doing!

i recently sent a package to holland weighing 9.5 kg. yesterday i was emailed by transglobal express saying that the package was overweight at 12 kg. i checked with the recipiennt and he re weighed it at 9.8 kg, thus under the 10 kg . they say they will debit my bank account with a further £51 ! i have contacted the office of fair trading.

Beware.This is one of the worst currier we have used. They cheat people to tell you that your parcel was bigger or the weight was more than you stated we have blocked card that they can`t take the extra cost for nothing as we put all right. We don`t believe them and ask them to gell all paper work but they only ask for money. We have only one choice to take them to court them as they are not honest.

We sent several shipments with them, We are a business so have electronic scales etc.
Every time after delivery they requested more money. Stating higher box sizes and that we had sent considerably higher Wights.
They will rip you off

Shocking. They are returning a parcel to me as it has been rejected by customs in Russia. I paid £60 for it to be sent yet they are demanding £180 for the return and I have to pay this regardless of whether I take the parcel back or not. I hope this company go out of business they are ripping people off left right and center.

I sent my parcel with them and their courier service UPS, and items were stolen from my parcel! All they say was if the item was not declared,or listed in the invoice then no claim can be filed! But when we pass the package to them we were not given any invoice or paperwork to fill in details, except to state the category.We use courier coz it was supposed to be fast reliable and secure than mail.So what do we get in the end when things turn up ugly?? The companies in charge shrinking responsibilities??

I have had the worse experience of my life with TNT ( consignment 296 469 535). I sadly decided you to use their services via Transglobal London to send two boxes of all my personal items (all of things very close to my heart) to India on 5th February 2013. There was a typo on my Invoice (it should have been £90 instead of £900) and I had requested them to reassess my invoice and try to get them to accept the new Invoices for my things. I was informed that they had already paid the customs at India for Rs28000 on my goods and given that I am unemployed at the moment I had been requesting them to try to be a little flexible and try to show that they really care. For them it was just another consignment but they did not realise the emotional importance of the things for me. I literally was on the phone with them for three weeks and pleaded them to help me out and later my retired father also got involved. I was transferred from one person to another from UK, US and INDIA. The entire process was emotionally taxing for me and physically for my father who is retired.

I am unemployed and never disagreed to pay the hefty charges. All I was asking them to be a LITTLE HUMAN. We spoke with the TNT UK office on 8th March again if they could help us out a little and try to adjust some of the charges against the freight charges of £192 I already paid for these boxes.

Today morning I called them again to receive heart breaking news. I called them to ask if they could really reconsider and to follow up with the UK TNT office - I have been informed that they have DISCARDED MY BOXES WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I received NO mail from their team at TNT and Transglobal giving me a deadline. From the very start, I spoke with TNT UK and India office and at every point I heard a different story. At all times TNT and Transglobal only cared about the money and more money. They do not care about their customer. How could they discard the things which hold close to me? I want them back and now they are not even willing to help me. THEY NEED TO GIVE MY THINGS BACK TO ME. How dare they discard and distribute my things without my consent. I will definitely take this further and get to the bottom of this issue.
