Tober Logistics gave me a quote for shipping my stuff from Washington DC to Amsterdam. When it arrived (late!) I found out that they were charging me an additional 40% on top of the quoted price. Definitely too late to do anything about it. They also charged me storage fees for the time that it took me to authorize the payment. What a scam! Don't use. Too risky.
