The client, Patrick, was notified that personal effects were allowed "AT YOUR OWN RISK". The client was also offered optional, additional Marine Insurance and declined it only to file falsified damage claims!

What a horrible experience! It took 3 full months to get my car from LA to Germany and then my bumper was damaged. Have written and called for the last 90 days without a response. BE VERY CAREFUL!

Steer clear of Titan - they bilked my friend and another customer out of prepaid shipping charges totaling $8,000, forcing them to pay the charges again on arrival of the container. Very dubious outfit that has outstanding court judgments of at least $4000,000 against them already.

Shipped 4 cars with them and paid 5.120$ in advance incl. insurance. When container arrived in Rotterdam I had to pay the seafreight again to release the cars. Of course insurance hasn't been paid. TITAN claimed insolvency. Please contact me to build a pool of victims. Attention: This Co is back in business under a different name. Latest news needs to be communicated. HELP

Shipped 3 vehicles with them and paid the freight prepaid to be shipped to Finland. Now one of the vehicle is in Rotterdam ( SCL ) and the other vehicle is in Germany( shipped by chris ortiz Direct express ).I will pick up the car in Germany and I will take out the car!! Titan moved to Gardena 90248 , they are " not out of business ".

This Company is the biggest fraudulent Company around DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM - they steal your money - try $40,000 for starters that I know of - and all of their employees were in on it as well - hope they sleep at night knowing that they work for thieves!!!

These guys were good and I never had any problems with them in 3 years of shipping cars. Good staff but they ran out of money. They closed in Sept 2011 and have not reopened anywhere. Shame, they had good loading.
