Principal strategies:
- we aim to further develop our container transportation business between the Mainland and Hong Kong, with Hong Kong as the base and Zhuhai and Dongguan as bridges;
- we plan to develop other port services to meet our customers’ potential needs in order to be more cost effective;
- we are strengthening our cargo and shipping agencies businesses to ensure regular shipments. Our targets include customs declaration and trading companies in the Mainland, and cargo agents of the manufacturers in Taiwan;
- we seek to expand our cargo transportation related businesses, such as enhancing the haulage services and widening the scope of our container terminal services;
- exploiting the geographical advantage and development potential of the Zhuhai and Dongguan terminals, we will develop in full force the direct door-to-door inbound/outbound freight services between the Mainland and other places to increase the Company's marginal returns;
- we will actively participate in the management of the Zhuhai and Dongguan terminals, assist the terminal operators to improve the local business environment and implement a comprehensive and efficiently managed operation system;
- we will expand our assets and facilities by taking part in joint ventures or co-operative arrangements. To keep pace with the rapidly growing trade, transportation and warehousing businesses in the Pearl River Estuary of the PRC, we will endeavour to become a well-established, solid and well-representative enterprise engaging in international shipping business.
