- if you need personal property appraised for insurance purposes or if you're making a donation that needs an appraisal, please let us know. We are members of the International Society of Appraisers.
- if you live in a retirement community or other managed care or senior living facility and have made the choice to move to another facility, we will help you make the arrangements and the move.
- if you have an estate that needs dissolved due to the death of a loved one or a move, we will make all arrangements for an estate sale. We will appraise, organize, tag, price and professionally display the items for the sale. We will advertise the sale and make deliveries to donation sites. We even clean up afterwards.

Stay Away from Tender Transitions. We hired them for an estate sale and did a terrible job. I was recommended to them through my church because they were a Christian company. I wish I had stay away and gone with another company. First, they promised they would sort everything in the house and give me an opportunity to go through everything before putting it on sale. They didn't do this, thus they sold many items that I did not want them to sell. 2. They did a "preview" sale without telling me, thus were selling things a week before it was posted (and before I had given them approval to do). 3. They sold things at a very low price to their friends. For example, someone I know purchased my $6000 brand new sofa for $100 (not $1000, $100!). In their preview sale to friends they marked things very low. Another person I know bought my $5000 brand new area rug for $25.00). 4. Once the sale was over they left the house in a mess and I had to pay $1500 to 800-got-junk to haul everything away (they guaranteed that they would either throw away, donate, or sell EVERYTHING and leave the house clean). 5. They threw away private and confidential papers in the dumpster, which I later found laying in my front yard (such as my social security card, old tax documents, credit card statements) 6. They never provided an accounting of what they sold and for how much. My household items were worth a lot more than what I ended up getting, which was very little. Once again, from personal experience I recommend that you stay away from this company!
