The company offers:
- same-day service (when available), overnight, or second-day service, as well as three- to five-day deferred service;
- no maximum weight or size;
- no per-package charge. Charges are based on either actual or dimensional weight of the entire shipment, whichever is greater;
- per-pound cost that decreases as your shipment weight increases;
- domestic pickup and delivery on a door-to-door basis. We request a minimum of two (2) hours advanced notification for pickups prior to the end of your business day;
- pre-paid, collect, third party billing accepted; c.o.d. services are also available;
- international shipments on a door-to-airport basis only, unless previously arranged. Charges are provided on an individual quote basis;
- pre-printed air bills supplied upon request.
