Attendance at all U.K. ports / I.C.D.s we have experience in customs clearance of various types of regimes:
- home use / full import :- payment of duty and / or V.A.T. on importation or by use of your deferment A/C.
- inward processing relief (I.P.R.) :- various types of I.P.R. for goods which are intended for re-export. (A system of either non-payment of V.A.T. and / or duty, or enabling you to claim back after goods are exported)
- british return goods :- goods which have been returned to the exporter.
Clearance of all consignments and delivery of goods is done in a prompt and efficient manner. On your behalf we pay Freight/Terminal charges/Haulage then debit you with one account for charges incurred.

Export.
From minimum to multi-full load container consignment. We offer complete service from booking of cargo / transport, bills of lading issued and checked to comply with any letter of credit terms. On your behalf we pay all transport/shipping/freight costs in advance in order to obtain prompt release of bills of lading.

Insurance.
We can offer marine insurance on all shipments at competitive rates.

U.K and European haulage.
Using our many contacts with both U.K. and European haulage companies, we can offer very good rates utilising vehicles looking for return loads, either flat or curtainside vehicles.

Used motor vehicles.
We can advise you on the import and export of motor vehicles.
Used cars from Japan: Regular vessels arrive from Japan directly to the River Tyne, where we can attend customs clearance and delivery on your behalf at very competitive rates. We pay the V.A.T. / duty / freight / T.H.C. and give you one invoice for total charges.
exports: Depending on destination it may be possible to ship cars from the River Tyne if not we can collect vehicles by road transporter for delivery to vessels sailing from other ports.

Personal effects.
We can arrange to have your Household and Personal Effects shipped worldwide. Our friendly staff can visit you and assess the best options for your goods, we will give you advice on packing and methods of transport. Export packing cartons can be supplied.

Courier service.
Due to high volume discounts we can offer door - door courier service at very competitive rates for any consignment from Documents up to an individual box weight of 70 Kilos.
We can offer sameday and overnight national delivery and also full international service.
