SSM have set up modern management procedures to ensure that all ISM requirements are met without losing focus on the need for good seamanship.

Our crews are kept permanently up to date with training through a series of programs operated at our own dedicated centre which now features one of the only two bridge simulators available in Europe. We know from existing clients that our strict approach to continual crew training was one of the reasons for choosing SSM to take care of their vessels.
