This company has been a disaster. Our problems with them started at the time of the pick-up of our shipment. They changed the pick-up time with no warning and were unreachable the entire day. We had to reschedule the pick-up ourselves, as this company was completely inadequate in dealing with such problems. Our shipment (which was for our international move) arrived in port before our flight, and over 2 weeks before the time we asked for it to get there. Then, they failed to send us our invoice within a timely manner, and then put our shipment on hold and refused to pay the storage charges, which they should have been responsible for. Do not use this company.

I used Sky2C for shipping about 20 boxes from SFO area to Mysore, India, point to point.

My cargo was delivered to my house in Mysore on Thursday as expected.

Having been thru one nightmarish shipment experience earlier with another moving company when I moved within the U.S. from coast to coast, I had some skepticism on my current move. But Sky2C not only belied my skepticism but also exceeded my expectations on every front - from pickup to drop off - end to end!

The "last mile run" in particular, which I imagined could be the most difficult, having to deal with Customs, bureaucracy and paperwork, turned out to be almost like "a walk in the park" thanks to all the efforts that Mr Ragu@Bangalore puts in to make it as smooth as possible.

Each one of them , and their nice assistants, that I interacted with were responsive, courteous and reliable - hallmarks of true professionalism - and were a pleasure to work with.

Hats off to Sky2 on achieving a world-class service operation despite the geographical and logistical challenges inherent in the shipping business!
