BE WARNED
My experience: A door to door service to the US was quoted to take 37 days. The Silverline "customer support" indicated twice the imminent arrival of said shipment, even naming ships. Turned out the shipment was still in London. Arrived six months late with one item missing, as confirmed by US agent. Silverline has ignored request for a claim on the insurance that was purchased. Communication and service is non-existent.
