In their terms and conditions they have a time limit of only 3 days to collect a package before a penalty for storage is applied. By the time I got the collection letter they had already started to apply the penalty. This fee was 5£ per day per 100 kg. For 14 days of storage I ended up paying 95£ for a 12 kg package. The shipment itself was only 17£. This is outragous. The customer service didnt do anything. They could not take into account for the fact that the package was only 12 kg and not 100 kg. I will refrain from using this service again!
