Longview, Texas facility is a dry warehousing operation consisting of approximately 230,000 sq. ft with 45 rail spots inside the warehouse, 24 dock doors and a spur line running adjacent to the building capable of holding an additional 20 railcars. The rail operation provides for weatherproof transloading of railcars as well as transloading from railcars to flat bed trucks. The Union Pacific services our rail operation.
Our Irving, Texas facility is 86,000 sq. ft with five separate rooms that are capable of maintaining temperatures from dry ambient to 28 degrees Fahrenheit. This warehouse is serviced by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad and has four rail spots.
