Do not use Russells Freight - they are crooks!
I paid them to ship my car to Zimbabwe and they didn't pay the clearing agent in Durban so he wouldn't release my vehicle until I had paid very large sum of money to them. Russells Freight owed the Durban agent a large debt so the agent wouldn't release my vehicle unless I settled their debt. The agent in fact sold another gentleman's car as he couldn't afford to pay the ransom. I suppose I was lucky in that my life savings was the amount the agent was demanding. I never heard from Russells Freight again nor got any kind of refund from them.
