The people they contracted with to move my car did a horrible job resulting in multiple trips and significant out of pocket expenses. Poor communication, and lack of any client support should make you want to stay away. I would never use them nor recommend them. I have never shipped before and had no idea how it works. Rinkens personnel made my shipment very easy. I had no problems whatsoever.

They are a horrible company to deal with if you have any problems. I moved my car form the US to the UK. The there was a lot damage sustained to my car during the move, and although we insured it, Rinkens will not pay for the damage. In fact, they are accusing us of fabricating the damage complaint, even though the actual shipping company is admitting to it!

I disagree completely with the previous review. We had multiple problems with our shipment, all of which had nothing to do with Rinkens. They made themselves available 24/7 even on Saturday and Sunday and did everything possible to get my shipment to me. I sincerely doubt I would have ever gotten my goods released to me had it not been for their constant attention! Once we received our vehicles there was slight damage to one of the vehicles and we had it paid for and repaired within 3 weeks! Truely amazing job guys we appreciate all you have done!!!
