I recently used this company to move from the UK to Ireland. They were late picking up the things (23 hours...), late delivering and poor at communicating.

5 months to ship household goods from UK to US is not acceptable. Removal group late in paying forwarding company. Paid for insurance but was lax in getting documentation- in the end, I received a faxed copy of a book. In the end, forwarding company said I had NO cargo insurance. Do not use this company. Never had consistent information from them.

Was sceptical from these comments, but decided to go with them because of price and how they sounded on the phone. It really was a lot cheaper! Anyway, worked out well. I'm glad i saved over £1k and everything has been fine.

I have just recently moved house using removal group. I found their service to be extremely efficient and stress free. My personal ‘house removal co-ordinator’ was a friendly guy, giving me good advice and making sure the whole move ran smoothly. The house move that I made was over quite a distance, Essex to Hampshire, I was worried that the distance would be an issue, but removal group handled it with ease putting my mind at rest, and getting my furniture to my new house safely. The removals men that handled my furniture were very careful to make sure it was not damaged, moving it out of my old house and, into my new house. They asked where each piece of furniture belonged and placed it as close as they could to its final location, leaving me less work once they had finished. Before my move I got a free quote from their website, the reason I then went on to use removal group was because they covered all aspects of my move, and I found the price very reasonable, they were cheaper than other companies that I approached myself and included more of a package deal, taking all responsibility off of me and sorting it themselves. So from start to finish my house move was pretty simple and surprisingly relaxing, starting at my free quote on their website and ending with all my furniture safely in my new house my experience with removal group was very good, I would definitely use them again, and have recommended them to friends.

End of June 2011 I booked with the Removal Group for a part shipping from the UK to Australia. Over the phone I was told my goods would leave the UK in the next 2 weeks after pick up and that it should reach Sydney end of August (10-12 wks). When I called early August to check estimated arrival time of my container it turned out it hadn't even left the UK yet! My contact was apologetic and understanding however nothing could be done and her manager was absolutely appalling! It was quite obvious in the conversation with her manager that he couldn't give a monkey and that it was my problem. As per T&C's there is NO MAX time frame to deliver your goods so be careful as it could take FOREVER!
We are end of Sept and my goods still haven't arrived in Sydney. The latest estimate is end of October.

Don't use the removal conmpany. Poor communication and I have had 3 people claiming they are my primary contact persons. My goods were picked up in September, the shipping has been delayed and now the expected arrival date in the US (not delivery, just reaching the port) is on 5 January. Over 3 months later. Once it has gone through customs we are looking at 4 months. Once they had the money they stopped communicating and also, I was told I would only deal with one contact person and one company now I am requested to deal with the US agents on my own.
Spend another 1000 pounds and get a better company.

The Worst company - DO NOT USE!!

After aking them to store my goods for 3 months they proceeded to send my things straight away to Melbourne, not Brisbane?!
They have expected us to pick up the cost of transportation from Melbourne to Brisbane and expecting me to stil pay the full amount for services they arent even providing (delevery and unpacking)
ALL WITOUT AN APOLOGY!
They DO NOT care about customer satisfaction!!! UNPORFESSIONAL & UNRELIABLE!!
