We shipped from US to Australia. People were nice but items badly packed and many items arrived broken, many items lost also and no help in recovering them or replacement. Would never recommend to anyone.

We used Rainier Overseas Movers to move from Cincinnati to the U.K. They were very professional, and answered our emails on time.
Overall it was a smooth move and would definitely use Rainer movers again. The packers/movers were very careful and polite. Our car arrived with a flat battery, and the bed got chipped but considering the amount of stuff we had, this was nothing. We highly recommend Rainier to anyone planning an international move.

All was great on the US end. Local movers were awesome, efficient, polite. The trouble began when we got to Germany. The German movers, NavTrans Global Relocation out of München, began the extortion process before our shipment even made it to port. They extorted over $600USD before agreeing to deliver our goods. Doug, from Ranier, offered absolutely NO assistance whatsoever, even though he repeatedly assured us this wouldn't happen.
