Our cargo services include:
a. containers/breakbulk handling service
PrimePort operates a container handling and breakbulk facility that provides the following services:
- receiving and delivery of cargo - road or rail;
- storage - containers and breakbulk;
- stevedoring and marshalling of cargo;
- container cleaning and repairs;
- monitoring of reefer containers;
- container packing and unpacking;
- container management for various shipping lines;
- container tracking, ship planning and reporting via EDI (Navis SPARCS).
b. dry bulk cargoes
Export grains are handled via the No.2 Wharf Bulk Handling Facility and Shiploader.
Both import and export dry bulk cargoes can be handled at the North Mole, using ship's cranes and/or the port's three mobile harbour cranes.
c. stevedoring service
A full range of stevedoring services can be provided by PrimePort Stevedoring.
