Warehouse:
Our warehouse is a 50,000 sq. ft. modern, insulated, heated and sprinklerized building monitored by cameras throughout the interior of the building. There are eight dock level doors with dock levelers, new door seals, chock blocks and adequate lighting for 24 hour loading and unloading. There are 2 - 12 ft. by l4 ft. ground level overhead doors to allow entry of a semi-trailer unit for indoor loading and unloading or side door loading. The yard surface is asphalt. The entire complex is in chain link fence, l0ft.high with ample lighting and monitored by security cameras.
