I would like to warn anyone or any company that is considering using this service to not do so! They are horrible!!! They messed up the delivery zip code and sent it a TV to Sacramento when it was supposed to be sent to the San Diego area. Every time I call a I talk to a different person and everyone tells me different things. This TV is for my grandfather who is turning 80 tomorrow and was supposed to get this TV as a Christmas present. We have been told 6 different arrival dates so far and all of them have come and gone and still no TV he is 80 years old sitting at home alone afraid to do anything because he has to be there when they deliver it and they keep telling him that the time window it could be there is from 10am-5pm...pretty much the whole day...I mean seriously people need a little smaller time frame especially when he is afraid to leave his own house and moving and canceling appointments. He canceled a vacation due to this delay when it was originally promised to be delivered on the 21st of December and it's now January 3rd. Do not support this company as you will never be told the same thing twice or they may not even have record of your order and the person that told you to call them so you had a solid middle man for information conveniently goes on vacation and no one will transfer you to even a supervisor. Just please be warned, we ordered our TV through Panasonic and this is who they use that supposedly ships to FedEx that delivers to you, it is very confusing! So bottom line if you purchase something online check to see who they ship with because you do not want to be stuck with Pilot Air!!!

It was a big couch for my dad. Whenever I called them, it should be delivered tomorrow and that just goes on and on. They always said that, u can expect a call tomorrow and It just goes on n on.
Finally delivered, it took 3 weeks for delivery. For some normal people, it takes less than a week.
