I can't say much for the UK office but their office in USA is a complete rip-off. They would take your money and after the boat arrived to the final destination - they will purposefully hold your boat to get more money for storage. they'll play the blaming game saying that they sent the release to their agent but of course the agent never receives the e-mails. Meanwhile, while they are trying to "resend" the release - your cargo remains on hold and you're being charged tons of money in storage charges. They will offer you low rates from the start but in the end you'll pay double for their services.
