Our pets very nearly didn't make it onto our flight because of their lazy work ethic - they had all the necessary documentation from us months before we were due to fly, but left it until the day before to inform the receiving country. I was calling them on a daily basis for 2 or 3 weeks before we flew, and they assured me everything was progressing well but never called back when I left messages & never provided the confirmations they promised. I had to sort out the dilemma myself with the airline at the airport an hour before take-off. this caused me & my family a great deal of stress at the worst possible time. I would not recommend them to anybody.
