UK services:
1. UK overnight services:
- 7:30am (80% of UK);
- 9:00am;
- 10:30am;
- 12 noon;
- next day by 5:30pm;
- 2/3 day deliveries;
- Saturday collection - Monday delivery;
- consignments from 0.1kg to 1000 tonne.

2. Sameday express deliveries
We operate a wide range of vehicles from motorcycles to arctic lorries. For this service we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. An immediate response is guaranteed for UK and European sameday express deliveries.

3. UK offshore deliveries:
- Northern Ireland;
- Channel Islands;
- Isle of Man;
- Scottish Islands;
- Isles of Scilly;
- timed deliveries to these areas are available.

4. Collection on deliveries
We are able to collect on delivery any parcel or envelope which you need and deliver it back to yourselves next day.

5. Carriage forward
We are able to collect your parcels from your customers around the UK and deliver them back to yourselves or to any alternative address throughout the UK. Timed deliveries are available for this service.


USA services:
1. Standard service
All parcels are delivered in the USA before 10:30am next morning, as long as we are able to collect from your premises before 2:00pm. All of our parcels headed for New York can be collected as late as 5:30pm to be delivered next day (this is not a 10:30 am service).

2. Friday collections
We are able to collect all of your parcels at 5:30pm every Friday for us still to achieve a next day Monday delivery in the USA.


Worldwide services:
1. Express courier
We are able to achieve many next day deliveries to Long Haul destinations, timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries in a wide range of destinations throughout Europe and the world.

2. Courier services:
- most major European gateway cities are served as a standard am delivery;
- next day deliveries to all other major cities within Europe;
- USA deliveries are guaranteed next day by 10:30am;
- for documents only next day deliveries in to many worldwide destinations.

3. On board courier
For those really time sensitive consignments, we offer a worldwide handcarry facility. We will collect the consignments form where you state and catch the next available flight to the destination and deliver by hand the consignment to the person specified.

4. Fast freight/freight speed
The service is ideal for shipments over 30kg where time is important - but not crucial. Quicker that traditional air freight movements, shipments will fly on a freight flight but take priority over normal air freight deliveries.

5. Air freight
Our air freight service is excellent, we can provide a door to airport service or door to door service both achieving a quick delivery (5/10 day) at very competitive prices no matter what weight or size.

6. Sea freight
Having tracked and tested a multitude of agents throughout the world we are able to provide a very reliable sea freight service. No matter what size or weight we can despatch your goods and guarantee a time of entry. most sea freight deliveries are just to the port but we can offer a delivered service as part of our commitment to you.

7. Imports
Competitively priced our import network is expanding daily. We are able to collect and deliver to your door step from most destinations in the world.
