To all that would like to inquire about Ocean Star International, Inc (OSI) service, I can tell you first hand that this company is very professional, extremely hard working and works with integrity. I want to publicly and personally thank you for all of the hospitality and taking the time to teach me the proper way of working in the international shipping industry. My name is Celine Bisson and I was an intern at OSI Shipping for approximately 6 week. I came from Amiens, France and attend the University of Amiens whom encouraged me to heighten my education and knowledge of the international shipping/trade industry in general. The University left it in my hands to decide what company to learn from in the United States. I did extensive due diligence on 5 Int’l shipping companies and decided to go with OSI due to the high level of positive reviews and referrals from people that have actually utilized OSI services. I want everyone that reads this too clearly understand that the OSI team works together and very hard to make sure the customer has an excellent experience…I have learned that the shipping industry can be a very stressful industry but very interesting therefore decided to further my career in the shipping industry based on working with OSI and seeing how a group of people can come together and run a successful, honest business. OSI handles a high volume of shipping on a yearly basis and specializes in shipping to Europe. To anyone that is researching international shipping companies I can assure you that OSI will do whatever it takes to make sure you have a great experience. I have also learned that the shipping industry required detailed customer service skills and patience. OSI handles over 8000 shipments on a yearly basis and has maintained a high rating with the FMC, BBB, HHGFAA, AMSA etc. I was also very impressed with the President/CEO Mr. Joshua S. Morales for all the donations and free shipping services he has offered people in time of need. OSI, has rec’d a personal thank you letter from the President of Haiti and has worked with the Miami, Dolphins (NFL), Dynasty Cycles, Chamber of Commerce etc. In finishing I just want to say Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me and I will always recommend OSI to anyone or any company I know that ships overseas.

I have just recently moved from the US to the Philippines. Before I chose OSI I researched several companies. I got wildly various rates everything from $800 to $8000. All of the companies except one did not have a maritime license. I went with OSI for two reasons: 1) They had there own license and 2) They were the most reasonable. I worked with a gentlemen by the name of Mark Herrera. Mark was detail oriented, and asked all of the necessary questions to get the price down as much as possible.Mark was patient with me due to my traveling issues at the time. He was also patient with me with my constantly calling him and emailing him. He had plan A,B, and C as a good planner should. He handled a billing error and got the correction so I was billed properly. After reading some of the reviews around the 'net' I would strongly and only suggest that when you chose OSI as you should for your international shipping that you request Mr. Herrera to handle your needs.

I moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Singapore recently and was amazed by the effort, efficiency and honesty of the service. They had a higher initial quotation, but matched the best prices I had found on the market, had zero hidden costs, were efficient, friendly and on time. They even picked up my things on an order made a day before the pickup and managed everything smoothly. All my items arrived on the dot, their shipping partners were amazing and polite and accurate as well as transparent with communications. All my items were well shipping with no damages. All communications were promptly and immediately dealt with and I had peace of mind that my items would arrive when they said, at the price quoted upfront, with no hidden costs or price hikes. I would recommend their services highly for delivering extremely honest, transparent, very high quality and dependable services at a great price. So many reviews talk about the quality of their sales people, and Jason who managed the entire shipment was efficient, honest and upfront about the company and it's services. I would highly recommend OSI to the newbie shipper who is wandering from shipping company to shipping company calculating costs, hidden costs and quality of service. (RPS) When it comes down to these 3 things for International Shipping the best Company for the job in my humble opinion is OSI Ocean Star International. Ocean Star will give you a low quote then charge double after you pay and ship your goods. If you refuse to pay the new amount, they will blackmail you and say they will keep all your stuff if you don't pay. They will also tell you it takes 2 weeks to ship your goods to another country, when it will actually take about 6-8 weeks. If you want to get taken advantage of and feel like you were raped, then these are the guys.
