Freight department provides:
- full information of the existing lines of JSC Northern Shipping Company Arkhangelsk from the port of St.-Petersburg.
- competitive rates of shipping of general cargo and 20'/40' containers;
- chartering of ships for the shipment of general cargo and 20'/40' containers;
- concludes service contracts on the long-term basis of sea carriage of cargo.

Agent services department:
- renders port agent services of sea/river ships (provides for arrival, berthing, sailing) at the ports of St.-Petersburg, Kronstadt, Lomonosov, Ust-Luga, Vysotsk, Primorsk;
- issues proforma of disbursement accounts.

Container department:
- gives out empty containers (20' and 40') to be stuffed with goods, which will be afterwards shipped from the port of St.-Petersburg to any of the existing lines of JSC Northern Shipping Company (Arkhangelsk);

- door-to-door delivery of cargo by sea/river vessels, trucks and rail ways;

Trucking:
- provides high capacity trucks for 20' and 40' container transportation on an usual procedure;
- organizes transportation of laded and empty containers;
- provides empty 20' and 40' containers for stuffing of cargo and transportation on the route St.Petersburg – Vologda - Arkhangelsk.
