1. UK delivery services:
- before 10am - for packages that need to be there for the start of the normal working day;
- before 12 noon - the option for delivery during the morning;
- standard next day service - delivery is made before the close of the next working day (Monday to Friday);
- deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands is a 2 day service;
- Saturday - deliveries can be made on a Saturday for a small premium per consignment;
- 3rd party collection - we will collect packages from a third party’s address, whether a supplier or customer and deliver the package accordingly;
- collection on delivery - an efficient service where arrangements are made to deliver to a customer and collect their own packages for delivery at the same time.

2. European and worldwide delivery services:
a. World Connect Europe - an efficient and cost effective 2-5 day road-based delivery service to 26 countries on mainland Europe for those less time-critical packages.
b. Global Response Team - individually tailored one-off solutions for deliveries on urgent, unusual consignments. Giving you maximum flexibility, specialist options can range from bullet delivery in dedicated vehicles to on-board flight couriers and sea-freight depending on your timescale and budget.
c. World Connect Express - express delivery by air to over 200 countries worldwide. This door-to-door service includes customs clearance. Weight limit is 30kg and some size restrictions may apply.

3. Specialist services:
a. Swap-out - on site exchange of faulty under warranty office equipment for replacement machines or models, specifically aimed at office equipment. This service includes all peripherals and consumables that need to be returned for repair. We track serial numbers and offer on-site unpacking service if required.
b. Cheque collection - a service for customers who need payment for items on delivery. Our drivers will accept cheques in a sealed envelope for delivery to the customer the next working day.
