Our air import services include:
- arrange pick up from your supplier through our own network of agents;
- provide a close follow-up and inform status of your shipment step by step;
- select the right service (direct AWB, consolidation, part, charter);
- coordinate your shipment on receipt of flight details;
- inform you of arrival of goods.

We also provide air export services:
- select the right service (consolidation, direct airlines, flights);
- book your cargo;
- provide or/ and complete the shipping documents;
- arrange chamber of commerce and consular requirements;
- coordinate the pick-up, labeling and the delivery of your cargo at the airport;
- provide the clearance with the customs;
- communicate you and /or overseas customer with flight details;
- advise you of "dangerous goods" requirements.

We offer sea import including:
- arrange shipment from your supplier through our own overseas agents;
- request one set of shipping documents to be sent direct to our office;
- inform you of arrival;
- advise you of expected delivery time;
- offer consultancy on customs requirements.

Our sea export services are the following:
- draft for B/L;
- book your cargo;
- select the right service - FCL, LCL, conventional ships, conference or non-conference liners;
- arrange all customs and shipping documentation (customs entry, bill of lading, standard shipping note, dangerous goods note, invoice, packing, certificate of origin);
- coordinate inland transport to ports;
- arrange chamber of commerce and consular requirements;
- confirm shipment on board;
- pre-advise you with shipping details (container number, ETD/ETA) and cargo details;
- send you copy of shipping documents by fax / courier;
- distribute bill of lading and commercial document informing all parties;
- customs clearance.
