Long distance moves
In a long distance move weight of your shipment determines the main portion of the cost of your move. If requested; professional packing services and/or packing materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.) and/or storage in transit may also affect the total cost of your move. For long distance moves our service area covers many places across Canada and east and west coasts of the United States of America.
Local moves
A local move is a move that takes place within a 100 kilometers radius and stays within the province of origin. The cost for local moves is based on the number of movers, the time it takes to move your belongings and the drive time between your old and new residence.
International moves
Between Canada and an overseas country (not USA). In an international move several factors such as weight, size, packing, pickup place, shipping method of your shipment determines the cost of your move.
Storage
We can store your belongings in our warehouse at a reasonable cost until you are ready for your delivery. We do not charge storage fee up to 4 weeks starting from your pickup date. After 4 weeks you will be charged a small amount depending on your shipment's weight. Our warehouse facilities are clean, heated and well lighted.

I used MultiCites Moving to and from a move to South Florida and they were great. So I used them again when I moved to Vancouver. I am not only disappointed in the lack of service but also the lack of responsibility.
I received my house hold goods late, i continually had to phone to track it as they had no idea where the truck was, most of the items were damaged (and i understand this happens) but i was given the run around of how to fill out a claim and then completely ignored once a claim was made.
I have never been so mad and frustrated as a paying customer. I do NOT recommend using this company. Check with the Better Business Bureau before you use MultiCites Moving.
