The function of the Logistic Coordinator is to:

- update tracking system with vessels ETA's, Customs status and delivery details;
- arrange Customs Clearance;

- closely monitor potential demurrage costs.

Container tracking
Our in-house developed container tracking system, M.O.A.T.S. (Mother Of All Tracking Systems), enables us to track your container right to its final destination.
Typically the tracking file covers the following information:
- vessels latest arrival date;
- container type, cargo and your reference;
- delivery depot;
- delivery date and time;
- bill of lading details;
- customs clearance status and details;
- cost of demurrage/quay rent.

Customs Clearance
