They do not honor their contract. Their shippers damage items. Would not recommend them to anyone.

My delivery was scheduled for Monday. I received a call on Monday about how it isn't on the truck or something like that. I received a call on Wednesday and scheduled my delivery for Thursday, between 8-12. At 12:00 I called to find out where my delivery was. I have now been on hold for 32 minutes and no one has answered the phone. Goodness knows where my fridge is and if it will ever be delivered. I have burned a vacation day and now, so has my husband and still no delivery and still no one has answered the phone.

My delivery date for bedroom furniture has been rescheduled twice now. I had to take two personal days off of work for each day they backed out of dropping my furniture off. I have yet to get my furniture from them. No apologies and no reimbursement. They have every excuse in the book for not meeting their obligations. Avoid these guys like the plague.
