Horrible! Don't use this company if you ever want to see your luggage again! Not only did they lose my bag (never to be found again) but they had no tracking system in place to keep tabs of its whereabouts in shipment.

I've also had great experience with Luggage Free. As they are in the shipping business, the implication that they have no tracking system in place seems a bit ridiculous to me.

The service itself was great. They showed up when they said they would, and my bag was dropped a day early. However, the cost for my 31.5 bag was $138 because they charge extra fees on top of the rate/lb. I called to dispute, and they didn't call me back when they said they would. When they did, they gave me a whole $14 credit. Won't use them again.
