The Illinois LBC Branch is horrendous. I spent so much time trying to get them to answer the phone, and can't leave a message cause its full and I guess no one checks up on it. They didn't pick up my boxes, like they said they would. And their customer service..they don't even know how to get a hold of them except give you "a" number..singular. Horrible just horrible experience.

I talked to a customer service representative her name is MC Bautista, she very impolite answering my question , I don't know why they hire her. Very disappointing company to talked to.

Sent 5 boxes to Philippines in Oct and Dec 2011, opened in July 2012. LBC seal intact, but boxes were 2 inches empty from brim. Lots of cargoes missing. Inquiry made in July, no response received till this date. Claim made at LBC Eagle Rock branch. No reply received as well. Plan to warn friends and friend's friends via facebook. Take pictures before taping by sender and before unpacking by consignee and compare. Complain ASAP if cargoes are missing.
