Had olive oil shiped from greece by way of chicago to San francisco. Kronos notified me containers arrived and would have to be repackaged before sent to SF. Paid a lot for lousy packaging of such a fragile product. One large can was smashed and leaking oil when left at my door step. Packaging by kronos is a joke.

I am shipping Olive Oil from Greece every year and I very satisfied every time with their service. The original packaging is the responsibility of the local agent who is not associated with Kronos. There is always a risk involved in long sea shipping. Now they have new stronger packaging for oil that I am sending from Kalamata
