We were extraordinarily pleased with our move with Kef, and would only be too happy to recommend you to anyone who was looking to ship a lift to Israel. From A-Z Kef handled everything beautifully. When we were first looking into sending our lift, you spent a tremendous amount of time on the phone with us and answered every last question (and there were many!) in great detail. This wonderful customer service contributed largely to our decision to use Kef as our shippers, and the great service continued right until the day our belongings arrived at our door in Israel. The packers in the US did a phenomenal job packing us up and loading every last belonging into the lift. They were courteous, helpful, and extremely good at their work. In fact, we are yet to identify a single item that has been damaged in any way which is quite extraordinary given how many belongings we have! On this end, the movers were also excellent and even successfully fit our couches through the front door! All along the way every employee at Kef that we dealt with (you, Daniel, Joan, and Neil) were all extremely professional and helpful. I truly hope that this is the last big shelp of our belongings that we will need to do, but if I ever needed to ship another lift, Kef would defiantly be my first choice.

The overall experience with Kef was great! First of all, the support was excellent and available every time we called. Second, the packing was top-notch. The packers did a great job.
