Our service
After the trucks are unloaded, the boxes are in the weighing and prechecking area. Temperatures are taken with calibrated, digital equipment and recorded with the shipment documents. Later on, temperatures will be taken again when the shipments leaves the coldstore for the aircraft. Mechanical damages to the incoming boxes are also surveyed, recorded and reported to the parties involved. Immediately behind the weighing area is the extensive coldstore. Detailed information about the shipment is transmitted to the consignee of the shipment immediately after departure. By this time, the customer and its cargo agent already have all data about the shipment, onward trucking, if required, is arranged and your cargo is in the middle of an uninterrupted chain of freshness.

Facilities
Our modern facilities enable us to ensure the quickest possible turnaround. From the truck to the loading ramp, to the coldstore, to the aircraft, your cargo will not travel more than 200 metres total. The coldstore, which runs the length of the building, is sized to handle over 40 pallets. Climatization is digitally controlled, as is the weighing of shipments and pallets. The building and its surroundings are video-controlled by dedicated security staff around the clock. Our offices are equipped with the latest in office technology. Between digital phone exchange, fax and e-mail, you can reach us any way you want to.
