Jacky line has held my shipment for 4 weeks only because they are demanding I pay them money that I don't owe them. I paid in full a company in England to move my shipment to Israel. Jackyline took over in Israel and although the company in England has repeatedly said I paid everything I need to , they are holding my shipment so they can take money that isn't theirs. They also won't take the shipment off the truck when it is delivered. I need to do that myself or if I want them to, I have to pay another 300 NIS. In the end I may have to sue them and the company in England has vowed to never work with them again.
